A 23-year old Bismarck woman says she was punched in the face by her ex-boyfriend at the video store and then forced into her car. The woman cooperated with her ex so she wouldn't be hurt any further. His name is Conan Moore, a 28 year old Bismarck man . Moore drove her outside of Bismarck where she was eventually told he would drive her home. The woman was then dropped back off at Hollywood Video where she called police. The city charged Moore with simple assault and Burleigh County charged him with felonious restraint which is a class C felony and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle a class A misdemeanor. LARS ULRICH, MATT SORUM Hang Out In Hollywood; Video Available ...

Matt Sorum of VELVET REVOLVER and Lars Ulrich of METALLICA were spotted out at Hyde in Hollywood, Calfironia on Wednesday (March 28). Watch video footage from Lulop.

Sorum revealed during the Camp Freddy Radio broadcast on Los Angeles' Indie 103.1 FM last month that the band has finished mixing its second album, "Libertad". A June release is expected.

VELVET REVOLVER frontman Scott Weiland told MTV.com that the new CD "definitely still rocks, but it's incredibly more musical. There's a lot more textures, and Slash and Duff [McKagan] have really sort of risen the bar. It just goes places that the first album didn't go."

Ulrich told a New York radio program on March 2 that the band is laying down 14 songs for its ninth studio album, which the group officially began recording on March 12.
